For orders within the United States, please expect delivery within 5-6 business days (excluding USA holidays and weekends). Please note that this timeframe may be influenced by weather conditions and is subject to change without notice.

Raw Exquisite Wigs does not process orders on weekends. Any items ordered on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. After processing, tracking numbers will be sent via email. Ensure you provide a valid email address.

Address Details:

To guarantee proper delivery, always include your apartment unit or building number when placing an order.

Processing Time:

  • In Stock Items: These are readily available at the time of order and will be processed in 1-4 business days before shipping. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Delivery may occur sooner than expected.
  • Pre-Orders: Customization is required for pre-orders, which have a minimum processing time of 5-6 business days before shipping. Order in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Shipping delays (packages no longer in our possession)
  • Lost packages
  • Damaged packages
